In other news, things have been ticking away:
- website is nearly done; watch this space for its launch
- musicians are being recruited; from Year 3 recorder clubs to international soloists!
- publicity in the Wiltshire Music Centre season brochure is being finalised and sent to the printers in the next few weeks - call the Box Office on 01225 860100 from 10am-6pm to be added to the mailing list
- meetings are going on regularly with various people and groups to firm up arrangements, production schedules and musical elements
- the Salisbury Playhouse creative team are coming up with some amazing ideas for the production, and are planning workshops in the schools to create some brilliant animal masks for the lucky participants

Just a quick one today ...

The website is in progress! Designs and layouts have been agreed and work continues. Watch this space for news of when it goes live.

Also, an important meeting on the Tithe Barn site was held on yesterday between artistic director of the project, Judy Eglington, with Ritka Carr of BoA Arts Festival, and Kate Nottage, as well as the proposed creative team from Salisbury Playhouse. (Mark Powell, participation officer; Benjamin Occipinti, director; Karen McKeown, designer.) They are experienced in community projects. In depth discussions were held, particularly as to how this will be built as a cross-community genuinely open access project.

Very exciting stuff!
